David A. Frost is the Chief Financial Officer of INTEGRIFIRST USA LLC. With a 25 year career in corporate financial management and executive positions in the retail and construction industries, David is well qualified to serve as Chief Financial Officer. A native of New Jersey, David has lived in South Carolina for more than 28 years. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991 and is an active member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

A University of South Carolina graduate with a BS degree in Business Administration, David has also been to the Harvard Business School education Program. For more than 20 years, David was associated with Waccamaw Pottery which eventually became HomePlace of America, Inc. He held various positions with them ultimately, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1997-2003. David was partner in a residential construction company from 2003-2008, and was responsible for all financial aspects of the company.

David is married and has three children. He is Chairman of the Board of Conway Christian School in Conway, SC. He is also is an active runner and has completed four full marathons.
