Louis was born in Myrtle Beach, SC. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Marketing.  He also has a Masters in Trust and Investment Management degree from Campbell University, a law degree from the Charleston School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University.  He is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar. He also has tax and estate planning experience with a Myrtle Beach law firm.

Louis was recruited to INTEGRIFIRST USA to oversee the company’s Real Estate and Compliance.

He and his wife Nancy were married in August 2009 and reside in Myrtle Beach.
